Norwegian Cruise Line, or NCL, is known for “Freestyle Cruising” where set dining times are banished and passengers are free to do things on their own schedule.  The cruise line operates some of the largest ships afloat as well as one all-inclusive ship, Norwegian Sky, that offers alcohol included short cruises from Miami.
