Carnival Spirit Accommodations:

For this cruise, I was in Stateroom 5148 an Obstructed View Balcony cabin located on deck 5. This obstructed view balcony stateroom on the Carnival Spirit had a partial view that was blocked by a lifeboat one deck below. This type of stateroom is designed for passengers who want the convenience and comfort of a private balcony, but at a lower cost than a full balcony cabin.

Typically, an obstructed view balcony stateroom on the Carnival Spirit will have a balcony that offers a view of the ocean or surrounding landscape, but with some obstructions, such as a lifeboat or other ship structures. The size and layout of the stateroom will be similar to other balcony cabins on the ship and may include amenities such as a comfortable bed, private bathroom, TV, and seating area.

Obstructed view staterooms make a great choice for passengers who want to enjoy the benefits of a balcony stateroom at a more affordable price.
