Having been on a few MSC cruises, I can agree that the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it arrives cold in the dining room, other times no issues. I don’t have a problem with the med flair the food has but others want food loaded with MSG, gravy, cheese, etc which is why we are an unhealthy country. The pizza however, is off the hook.
