The menu at Emeril’s Bistro 1397 builds on the success of his first restaurant at sea on board Mardi Gras and offers a diverse range of international flavors to match the Gateway Zone’s theming. The restaurant is surrounded by 12 virtual windows that display images of far-off destinations and is two-deck high, creating a grand atmosphere. The 100-foot LED ceiling, sound effects, and theatrical lighting combine to create an ever-changing environment that adds to the immersive experience.

In addition to Emeril’s Bistro 1397, the Gateway Zone also features a new travel-inspired bar concept, Latitudes. Latitudes evokes a classic airport or train station, with a modern twist on a vintage “departures” board. The bar and restaurant serve international flavors that change nightly to match the zone’s themes and featured cultures, offering guests a taste of the world in one place.
