For families, Icon features Family Infinite Oceanview Balconies that offer space for up to six guests, with a bunk alcove for children and a split bathroom design for easy access. Surfside Family View Interiors, Balconies, and Suites are ideal for families of four and provide convenient access to Surfside, the neighborhood designed for families. The Ultimate Family Townhouse is a three-story suite with a multilevel, in-suite slide, karaoke and movie areas, two private balconies, and a private entrance to Surfside.
