Celebrity Cruises has revealed its lineup of new live shows and interactive experiences for Celebrity Beyond, a highly anticipated new-luxury ship that is set to debut in April 2022. The ship’s entertainment offerings are as revolutionary and technologically advanced as the ship itself, and they have been created in collaboration with some of the world’s most talented creative visionaries from the West End, Las Vegas, and the Olympics.
Brian Abel, Celebrity Cruises’ Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, says, “When you have a ship named ‘Beyond,’ it’s a promise to our guests to take every aspect of the ship beyond anything we’ve done before.” The Vice President of Entertainment, Lisa Lehr, adds, “Beyond delivers an onboard entertainment experience that our guests will be talking about long after they have returned home.”
The Theatre on Celebrity Beyond is the largest in the Celebrity fleet, and it introduces three brand-new production shows that are brought to life through cutting-edge technology. The shows include ‘Elements,’ ‘Arte,’ and ‘Stage Door.’ In ‘Elements,’ guests will embark on a journey through the five elements with mesmerizing visuals, breathtaking acrobatics, and fashion-inspired costumes. ‘Arte’ immerses audiences in iconic works of art, while ‘Stage Door’ offers an exclusive backstage pass into the biggest Broadway and West End musicals.
Aside from the stage productions, Celebrity Beyond offers an array of entertaining options throughout the ship, such as The Club, which features a new concept show, and two all-new live music nights. At Eden, guests can enjoy multi-sensory experiences that change throughout the day, from meditation to wine tasting, to evening shows created by Broadway’s Holly-Anne Devlin. The Grand Plaza, located at the heart of the ship, features a stunning chandelier that comes alive at night with eight light shows choreographed to music.
