Carnival Cruise Line is proud to announce the arrival of its newest ship, Carnival Celebration, to its homeport of PortMiami on November 20th, 2022. The ship, which is the sixth in the Carnival fleet to be registered under the highly respected Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA), has recently raised its Bahamian flag during a ceremony in A Coruña, Spain.

Carnival Celebration is currently sailing on a 14-day transatlantic Journeys Cruise, departing from Southampton, England. Upon arrival in Miami, the ship will be greeted with a naming ceremony that will pay tribute to Carnival’s past and look ahead to its exciting future.

As the second Excel-class ship to Mardi Gras, Carnival Celebration can accommodate over 5,200 guests, providing an additional option for those sailing from Miami. The ship will operate Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries year-round, adding to Carnival’s overall capacity and offering an exceptional experience for its guests.
