Princess Cruises has made a triumphant return to Galveston with the departure of the Ruby Princess on its first cruise from Texas in six years. This 11-day sailing to Mexico and the Caribbean marks the start of the Ruby Princess’ winter schedule, which includes 16 sailings from Galveston, including two 16-day Panama Canal transits between Galveston and San Francisco.

With an estimated 50,000 passengers set to embark on the Ruby Princess from Galveston during the winter/spring of 2022-23, many guests are opting to extend their trip with a pre- or post-cruise stay in the historic seaside city.
