Finding the perfect cruise line can feel overwhelming with so many options out there. That’s why I created this fun, easy-to-use-tool to help narrow it down for you!

Here’s the idea behind it: I ask you a series of questions about your travel style, budget, who you’re going with, and more. Then, behind the scenes, those answers are used to find up to three cruise lines that best match what you’re looking for.

I created a smart scoring system, think of it like a points game where every answer you give adds points to the cruise lines that fit well with that choice.  Some answers matter more than others, so they carry extra “weight.”   At the end, the three lines with the highest total points are your top matches. I show you those three, and the reasons why they fit, so you have great options to explore and research more on your own.

This picker isn’t just based on general info – it’s shaped by my own 20+ years of cruising experience. I’ve sailed on almost all the major cruise lines multiple times, talked with thousands of passengers, and paid close attention to what makes each one special (and who they really suit best). The scoring weights reflect real-world insights: what families actually love, where luxury travelers feel most at home, and which lines deliver the best value for different budgets and destinations.

It’s not perfect (cruising is personal!), but it’s designed to give you honest recommendations to help you better plan your cruise, whether it’s your first or your 50th.
