Poolside Pleasures at Waves Grill

For those who prefer to dine poolside, Waves Grill has revamped its lunch menu, offering a delightful mix of new favorites and signature dishes. The menu now includes over 20 revised options, such as the signature Surf & Turf Wagyu burger with lobster medallions and truffle mayonnaise, and a new Philly Cheesesteak hot sandwich with shredded sirloin steak, provolone, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or taking a break from the sun, you can enjoy these mouthwatering dishes with a choice of French fries or sweet potato fries.

The Art of Dining

At Oceania Cruises, dining is more than just a meal – it’s an experience. Each venue, from the casual Terrace Café to the poolside Waves Grill, offers a unique ambiance where guests can savor their meals at a leisurely pace. The cruise line’s award-winning specialty restaurants are also set to unveil new dishes, including an expansion of wine pairing luncheons and refreshed menus at The Grand Dining Room.

A Legacy of Culinary Excellence

Marina and Riviera, the first true foodie ships, have set the standard for culinary excellence at sea, joined by Vista in 2023 and Allura in 2025. These ships boast more galley space and fresh food storage than any other, and were built around the galleys to ensure the best possible dining experience. Oceania Cruises also has the highest percentage of culinary personnel, with one chef for every ten guests, ensuring impeccable quality in every dish.

Whether you’re a sushi aficionado, a fan of traditional Indian cuisine, or simply love a good burger by the pool, there’s something to delight every palate.
