With just a few months to go before MSC Cruises newest ship, MSC World America, arrives in Miami, more details are beginning to trickle out about what cruisers can expect to find once onboard.   Today’s announcement about the ship’s brand-new sports bar, comedy club concepts, enhanced lounges, and a re-imagined dessert spot comes hot on the heels of previous reveals about the ship’s unique neighborhoods and dining venues.

MSC World America is the latest evolution in the cruise line’s World Class platform, offering guests a re-imagined cruise experience with innovative spaces and activities for all ages. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or non-stop fun, this ship has something for everyone.

MSC World America’s New Bars and Lounges

MSC World America is raising the bar—literally—with a host of new and re-imagined spots to grab a drink, catch some live entertainment, or simply enjoy the view. Sports fans will love the All-Stars Sports Bar, located in the Promenade district. This lively venue will be the perfect place to watch your favorite teams while enjoying classic bar bites like wings and sliders. And with interactive games like darts and foosball, plus a large ocean-view terrace, it’s more than just a place to catch the game.

For a more sophisticated vibe, head to The Loft, a new adults-only venue featuring comedy shows, dueling pianos, and karaoke nights. With entertainment running late into the night, it’s the perfect place to keep the fun going after dinner.

Cocktail enthusiasts will want to visit Elixir – Mixology Bar, known for its handcrafted drinks made with Fever Tree mixers and fresh ingredients. Elixir offers a stylish atmosphere and a focus on bourbon-based cocktails, making it a great spot to enjoy a drink before or after dinner.

For a more casual, pub-style setting, check out Masters of the Seas. This British-inspired pub features live music and MSC Cruises’ second microbrewery at sea. The beers, made from desalinated sea water, include new American-style brews developed with craft brewing expert Teo Musso. The pub also features local favorites from Miami’s Cervecería La Tropical, offering a true taste of South Florida.

Gin lovers, don’t miss The Gin Project. With a menu featuring 20 craft gins from American and Canadian distilleries, as well as classic gin cocktails, it’s the ideal spot for gin aficionados. The bar’s unique vintage shaker adds a fun twist, allowing guests to try their hand at mixing their own drinks.

For coffee lovers, the Coffee Emporium is a dream come true, offering top-quality beans from around the world and various brewing styles, from French to Turkish.

Sweet Treats to Satisfy Every Craving

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Sweet Temptations will be your go-to spot. After debuting to rave reviews on MSC World Europa, this dessert haven is returning with an even more impressive menu. Located in the heart of the Promenade district, Sweet Temptations offers everything from crazy-shakes and gelato to make-your-own ice cream bars and hot waffles. It’s a colorful and fun-filled spot where everyone can feel like a kid in a candy store.

For chocolate lovers, Jean Philippe Chocolat & Café is a must-visit. This elegant café offers fine chocolates from award-winning pastry chef Jean-Philippe Maury, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing treat or create their own custom chocolate bars.

MSC World America will set sail in April 2025, offering Caribbean itineraries from PortMiami. All cruises will include a stop at the beautiful Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the cruise line’s private island in The Bahamas.
