Margaritaville at Sea is gearing up to impress with the Islander, their newest ship, which will embark on its maiden voyage from Port Tampa Bay this June. Passengers can look forward to an array of new culinary and beverage offerings designed to make every meal and moment on board a delightful experience.

The Islander will introduce six new dining concepts and 11 new bars and lounges, alongside beloved Margaritaville staples like JWB Prime Steakhouse and Cheeseburger in Paradise. The new dining venues include:

  • Far Side of the World Sushi Bar: An Asian-fusion sushi bar and lounge offering unique creations like Signature Sea-Cuterie Boards and Crunchy Volcano Rolls.
  • Mexican Cutie Cantina: A spot where guests can customize their own street-style tacos or enjoy a breakfast burrito.
  • Island Eats: An adults-only seafood shack within The Tiki Bar, serving ocean bar bites such as peel-and-eat shrimp and tuna nachos.
  • Tiki Grill: Located at The Tiki Bar, this venue features tropical-inspired dishes like Crispy Smothered Wings and Fire-Grilled Filet Skewers.
  • Islander Dining Room: Situated on the upper floor of the main dining room, offering favorites from Fins Dining Room along with seasonal specialties.

A standout feature will be the world’s only three-story LandShark Bar, located on the Islander pool deck. This venue boasts two levels of shaded bar areas and the LandShark Lookout, providing 360-degree outdoor views and a prime spot for watching the big screen.

Other new bars and lounges include:

  • The Flip Flop Atrium: Situated in the ship’s 14-story atrium, serving signature cocktails.
  • Coral Reef Lounge: An aquarium-themed lounge with nightly entertainment.
  • Far Side of the World Arcade and Lounge: Offering boba teas by day and sake-infused cocktails by night.
  • Hot, Hot, Hot Night Club: A two-story nightclub for dancing the night away.
  • Hemisphere Dancer Craft Spirits: A cozy spot for intimate conversations and craft spirits.
  • Love and Luck Casino Bar: Perfect for sipping cocktails while watching the dice roll.
  • Havana Daydreamin’ Sports Bar and Lounge: Combining island vibes, live Latin beats, craft beers, and pub games.
  • Bubbles Up Lounge and Champagne Bar: Serving bubbly, upscale wines, and featured cocktails under a starry canopy.
  • The Tiki Bar: An adults-only haven offering stunning aft views.

Margaritaville at Sea brings the iconic Margaritaville brand to the ocean, offering a unique cruising experience. The new Islander will span 12 passenger decks, accommodating 2,650 passengers. The ship is undergoing an extensive transformation, with all 1,105 staterooms being redesigned with custom styling inspired by the sand, sea, and sky. Passengers can choose from various staterooms, including Breezy Balcony staterooms, Grand Terrace Suites, Corner Suites, and Signature Grand Suites, each offering spacious balconies with breathtaking views.

The ship will also feature a soaring 14-story atrium, the lively Flip Flop Atrium bar, and exclusive innovations like a Margaritaville-themed cornhole and mini-golf course. Family-friendly spaces such as the Caribbean Amphibian Play Pad and Slide ensure fun for all ages.

The Islander’s first sailing is set for June 14 on a 4-night itinerary from Port Tampa Bay, with a stop in Cozumel, Mexico, and two sea days filled with activities and relaxation.
