Disney Cruise Line has just made a wave of exciting announcements for its new ship, Disney Adventure, set to sail from Singapore in December 2025. Among the highlights? Toy Story Place, the first-ever Toy Story-themed entertainment spot at sea, where the world of Pixar’s beloved “Toy Story” films comes to life. And while kids are having a blast with Buzz and Woody, adults can unwind in the serene Wayfinder Bay, an oasis inspired by Disney’s Moana.
Toy Story Place: Splash-Tacular Fun for the Whole Family
At the heart of this vibrant play area, located on the upper decks, is the Flying Saucer Splash Zone, where families can splash around an oversized Pizza Planet toy set. The famous green Aliens from Toy Story have made a splash landing, and guests can take on the role of honorary space cadets, navigating rockets, pop jets, and even a mini slide!
For the littlest guests, the Toy Story Splash Pad offers a toddler-sized playground featuring Woody, Buzz, and their pals, reimagined as giant rubber bath toys. This “toy-riffic” area is bursting with pop jets, geysers, and bubblers — making it the perfect pint-sized adventure for the tiniest tots.
For a bit more excitement, families can race down Woody and Jessie’s Wild Slides. These bright red and yellow slides twist and turn, giving guests a rootin’-tootin’ splash landing.
Parents can relax nearby on comfortable loungers while still keeping an eye on all the action. Throughout the day, two giant screens will show Disney movies, host trivia games, and provide entertainment for everyone to enjoy. When hunger strikes, guests can grab pizza, ice cream, and drinks from various quick-service locations or enjoy a buffet-style meal at the Pixar Market Restaurant.
Wayfinder Bay: A Relaxing Retreat for Adults
While the kids are exploring Toy Story Place, adults can sneak away to Wayfinder Bay, a peaceful retreat tucked at the back of the ship. This open-air oasis is all about relaxation, with plush seating and loungers arranged on tiered decks, offering some of the best views on the ship.
Inspired by the Pacific Islands and Disney’s Moana, this elegant yet casual area features cozy furnishings, a neutral color palette, and playful pops of color reminiscent of Moana’s clothing. Murals reflecting the spirit of discovery and wayfinding evoke the essence of the film and provide a calming backdrop to the area.
At Wayfinder Bay, guests can sip frosty beverages from the Voyager Bar or chill out in the wading pool, complete with a built-in sun shelf for maximum relaxation. The pool area also transforms into a performance venue, with a jumbo LED screen for live shows and interactive events. One of the highlights is the musical adventure, Moana: Call of the Sea, a retelling of Moana’s epic voyage of self-discovery and friendship with the demigod Maui.
Dining and Refreshment Options for Everyone
When it’s time to refuel, guests can choose from several dining options. Pizza Planet offers quick, out-of-this-world snacks, while Wheezy’s Freezies serves up refreshing soft-serve ice cream for a cool treat. For a more substantial meal, Pixar Market Restaurant offers buffet-style breakfast and lunch, with table service available during dinner. The restaurant’s playful décor celebrates Pixar films and studios, adding a dash of fun to every meal.
Whether you’re looking for excitement at Toy Story Place or tranquility at Wayfinder Bay, the Disney Adventure promises something for every member of the family. December 2025 will be here before you know it, so keep an eye out for reservations and get ready for an unforgettable adventure at sea!
