Carnival Cruise Line’s Celebration Key, set to open in July 2025, is a new exclusive destination located on the south side of Grand Bahama Island, just 20 miles east of Freeport. Spanning 65 acres, this resort is designed exclusively for Carnival guests, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and Bahamian culture.

Accessible only via Carnival cruises, Celebration Key has a mile-long white sand beach, the largest freshwater lagoons in the Caribbean, and five unique “portals”: Paradise Plaza, Starfish Lagoon, Calypso Lagoon, Pearl Cove Beach Club, and Lokono Cove. Guests can enjoy authentic Bahamian dining, shopping at Lokono Cove’s artisan market, and a variety of activities, from waterslides and sports courts to serene beach lounging.

Of course, a day at Celebration Key isn’t just limited to hanging out on the beach working on that vacation tan.  Carnival offers over 60 add-ons to make your day even better.  From shore excursions where you can swim with the pigs or take a Jeep tour, to just chilling in a private cabana or enjoying some time away from the kids at the adults only Pearl Cove Beach Club, there’s no shortage of things to do.

To help you decide just what you want to do at Celebration Key, we’ve put together a list of all the shore excursions and on-site amenities that you can book in advance of your cruise.  This list and pricing is current as of June 2025.  Keep in mind, availability may vary based on your cruise, pricing may change, and some tours or activities may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
